Executive Team

Joseph J. White
President and Founder

Joseph J. White, a respected member of the mortgage industry for 20 years, brings a wealth of experience to the Company.  As founder and President, Mr. White is responsible for the direction of the company and the implementation of its strategies.  Mr. White has been a Professor at Seneca College for over 12 years.  During this time Mr. White has taught in excess of 8,000 students entering the mortgage industry.  He has authored two text books: Mortgage Brokering in Ontario – Agent Edition, which is used as the textbook for the Mortgage Agent licensing course at Seneca College, and Mortgage Brokering in Ontario – Broker Edition, which is the sole textbook used in Ontario for the licensing of Mortgage Brokers through the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).

Mr. White’s extensive management experience includes roles as Executive Director of a national mortgage software company focused on mortgage underwriting, National Sales Manager and Vice President of two national mortgage lenders, as well as Regional Manager of two national mortgage brokerages.
