Any sharing, transmitting, or otherwise divulging information gained from The Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc. to another source other than the subscriber constitutes a breach of these terms and conditions and The Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc. reserves the right to cancel a subscriber’s subscription at any time, and the subscriber agrees to hold The Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives and those of its affiliates harmless for any loss this cancellation may cause. The subscriber agrees that The Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives and those of its affiliates is/are not required to inform the subscriber before termination of their subscription due to a contravention of any terms and conditions contained herein.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
The Real Estate and Mortgage Institute of Canada Inc. is a free subscription service. The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time wihout notice in the form of an email sent to cancel@remic.ca containing the subscriber’s username and password. The subscriber’s access will be valid until the cancellation date.
